Our printing machine is professional, but it still needs that you provide good enough quality picture to get good printing, NO BLUR, NO SMALL pictures.
We will not be held responsible for illegal use of images on files submitted by customers. You must have rights to the files/images submitted for use in your design projects. If any images are needed for the card they maybe an additional charge.

✨ ABOUT OUR LABELS
✑ Our labels are waterproof but are not designed to be submerged in water unless the labels wrap around the tube and layer on the ends. Our labels are not meant for darker or high pigmented lip glosses. We recommend choosing darker colors for your labels to ensure they show on the lip gloss tubes.
✑ Our clear gloss labels are made of completely transparent polyester material with permanent adhesive. The polyester material gives your labels that photo-quality, clear gloss finish. Please make sure your product is completely clean and dry before applying the label to ensure a clean and permanent finish.
✑ Our "regular" gloss, weatherproof labels are made to produce beautiful images and be extremely water and tear resistance. This option is best for a background filled with color.
Labels and stickers should be placed on a dry and clean surface and handled with care for the best results.
✨ TURNAROUND TIME:
✑ Generally, a design can be completed within 3-5 days, but it all depends on the communication between us and the number of revisions. Once your custom design is completed, we will send the design to you for your approval. Once approval has been given, the printing process will begin and no other revisions will be allowed. Please be sure to follow all instructions and keep and eye on your messages/email to prevent any delays in your order.
⌛Please make sure to provide the correct address when placing the order. To change the address after the order is shipped, please contact the logistics company in time. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged, please also contact the logistics company to raise a dispute. Any package returned shall be borne by the buyer to cover the cost of resending.
